How to Install the Partly Helper Sidebar

The Partly Helper Sidebar is a Chrome/Edge extension that gives repairers easy access to job data, part selection, and order syncing directly within the BMS. It appears on the right side of the screen when enabled.

How to Install the Partly Helper Sidebar

  1. Navigate to the extension link: Partly Helper Sidebar

  2. Click:

    • “Add to Chrome” if using Google Chrome

    • “Get” if using Microsoft Edge



    • Pin the Partly Sidebar to your Top Bookmark


First-Time Activation

  1. Go to your bodyshop system and click the Sidebar Icon to switch from OFF ➝ ON

  2. Enter your Partly Repair App credentials

Successful Activation

Once activated, the sidebar appears on the right of the BMS interface

Syncing Jobs (Daily Task)

To retrieve upcoming jobs:

  1. Click “Reload Jobs”

  2. This must be done once per day

Minimising the Sidebar

  • Click the “-” (minus) icon to minimise.

  • No data or progress is lost.

Navigating Job Views

  • Main Jobs Page appears when you are not inside a specific job

  • [VERY IMPORTANT] When inside a job/estimate on your bodyshop system, it will auto-load the Parts Interpretation page
