Job Summary - Features

Get a clear overview of your job details before confirming. Review vehicle info, delivery date, selected parts, upload photos, add supplier notes, and finalise the job.

The following view is identified as the “Job Summary” page.

At a glance users can:

  • Vehicle details (1)
  • Delivery date (2)
  • Overview of the part list (3)
  • Photos for suppliers (4)
  • Notes for suppliers (5)
  • Confirm job (6)

 

Top right is the confirmation of vehicle details associated to the job. 

 

At a glance users can view: 

Vehicle information: vehicle name, plate number / rego, chassis number.

Top left is the selector for the part delivery date and time. 

 

When the delivery date is clicked:
The user will input their preferred date for part delivery and the chosen time.

The parts list provides an overview of the selected parts for the job.

The selected parts for the job before proceeding to supply selection. 

“Photos for suppliers” is an assisting feature for both repairers and suppliers to simplify your part requirements when ordering replacement parts.

If a user has previously synced images from the BMS these will be visible here.

To upload images for job summary simply click “Upload Images”

When “Upload Images" is clicked:

The following pop up will appear requiring the user to either click the area identified or drag the required images to the field.

When an image is uploaded:

The identified image will appear and display as “Complete”.

To finalise the image upload click “Confirm”

“Notes for suppliers” is another recommended feature for both repairers and suppliers to simplify your part requirements when ordering replacement parts.
