What's the offer?

Partly is running a one-month volume incentive for NZ Bodyshops and their estimators during May 2026. Four prizes, one program:

Site prize — 30 jobs: Your site completes 30 jobs on the Partly platform during May 2026 → $250 NZD Prezzy e-card to the site.
Site prize — 100 jobs (stretch): Your site completes 100 jobs on the Partly platform during May 2026 → $1,000 NZD Prezzy e-card to the site, in place of the $250 (the two site prizes do not stack).
Top site award: The single NZ site with the most jobs completed on the Partly platform during May 2026 → $500 NZD Prezzy e-card to the site, paid on top of any site prize earned.
Top estimator award: The single individual user with the most end-to-end jobs completed on the Partly platform during May 2026 → $500 NZD Prezzy e-card to the estimator, paid on top of any site prize their shop earns.

The site prizes ($250 and $1,000) are alternatives — a site can only earn one. The top site and top estimator awards are independent and stack with the site prizes. The maximum reward for a single site is $1,500 NZD ($1,000 stretch + $500 top site). The maximum reward for a single estimator is $500 NZD.

Who's eligible?

Site prizes ($250, $1,000) and top site award ($500):

Your repair site must be set up and live on the Partly platform.
Your site must be a NZ-based repairer organisation.
Both established sites and sites just getting started on Partly are eligible. Sites that have completed 5 or more jobs on Partly as of 1 May 2026 qualify directly. Sites that complete their first 5 jobs during May (via the parallel Prezzy Card Incentive) also qualify — if they go on to complete 30 (or 100) jobs within the window, they earn the 30-Job Blitz prize in addition to any Prezzy Card Incentive rewards. We won't penalise a site for doing more jobs.

Top estimator award ($500):

Any individual user at any NZ-based repairer site is eligible for the top estimator award. This includes new joiners and estimators at sites set up during the promotion window.
The user must be the registered estimator on the qualifying jobs (i.e. attributed as the job creator and order-placer in Partly).

What counts as a "job"?

A job is a distinct piece of repair work you're sourcing parts for through Partly. One job may involve multiple orders to one or more suppliers — the job is counted once regardless of how many orders it contains.

A job counts toward the site prizes and top site award when:

you've placed at least one order for it through Partly; and
that order has been confirmed by the supplier; and
the order has not been cancelled.

For the top estimator award, the same job-counting rules apply, with one additional requirement: the job must be end-to-end attributable to the estimator, meaning the estimator created the job, placed the order(s), and the orders were accepted and not cancelled.

Promotion window

Start: 1 May 2026, 12:00am NZST.
End: 31 May 2026, 11:59pm NZST.
Only jobs completed during the promotion window count toward the prizes and awards. Prior job history does not carry over.

How does it work?

Continue using the Partly platform as normal — create jobs, send offer requests, place orders for parts.
A weekly leaderboard email (sent every Friday during the window) will show the top 10 sites and top 10 estimators by job count, so you can track your progress.
Once your site reaches a milestone (30 jobs or 100 jobs), our team will be notified automatically and the corresponding Prezzy e-card will be issued.
The top site and top estimator are determined at the close of the promotion window and announced on Monday 1 June 2026.

One award per category

One $250 Prezzy e-card is awarded per site upon reaching 30 jobs in May, or one $1,000 Prezzy e-card upon reaching 100 jobs in May (whichever applies — the two site prizes do not stack).
One $500 Prezzy e-card is awarded to the single top NZ site for May 2026 (in addition to the site prize that site earned).
One $500 Prezzy e-card is awarded to the single top NZ estimator for May 2026.
For site prizes, the Prezzy card email will be sent to all contacts associated with the site. The card itself is a single e-card.
For the top estimator award, the Prezzy card is sent directly to the email address associated with the winning estimator's Partly user account.
Sites with multiple branches are treated separately — each branch qualifies independently for the site prizes and is ranked independently for the top site award.

Top site and top estimator — tie-breaks

Top site tie-break order:

Most jobs completed during the promotion window.
Most distinct working days on which orders were placed.
Most distinct estimators contributing to the site's job count.

Top estimator tie-break order:

Most end-to-end jobs completed during the promotion window.
Earliest timestamp of the estimator's 30th end-to-end job.
Most distinct suppliers used across qualifying jobs.

If a tie remains after applying all tie-breakers, Partly will award the prize to all tied parties at full value.

Public recognition

The top site and top estimator may be named publicly in the winner announcement email sent to NZ repairers and on Partly's communications channels.
By participating, you consent to your site name (for the top site award) or your name and shop (for the top estimator award) being included in this announcement. If you would prefer not to be named publicly, please contact us at helpdesk@partly.com before 31 May 2026.

Timing and delivery

Site prize Prezzy e-cards ($250 / $1,000) are typically sent within 5 business days of the site reaching the applicable milestone.
Top site and top estimator Prezzy e-cards ($500 each) are sent within 5 business days of the announcement on 1 June 2026.
Partly will make reasonable efforts to meet these timeframes but is not liable for delays caused by third-party providers (including epay New Zealand Limited, the issuer of Prezzy cards).
Partly reserves the right to withdraw or modify this offer at any time by updating these terms on the Partly platform. If the offer is withdrawn, any site or estimator that has already qualified for a prize will still receive the corresponding Prezzy card.

Prezzy card details

Prezzy e-cards are issued by epay New Zealand Limited (a subsidiary of Euronet Worldwide, Inc.) and are subject to epay's terms and conditions, available at prezzycard.co.nz.
Prezzy cards can be used anywhere Visa is accepted in New Zealand and online.
Under the Fair Trading Act 1986, all Prezzy cards sold on or after 16 March 2026 have a minimum expiry period of 3 years from the date of issue.
The Prezzy card is not redeemable for cash.
Partly is not responsible for any fees, charges, expiry conditions, or usage restrictions imposed by epay New Zealand Limited on Prezzy cards. Please refer to the Prezzy card terms for full details.

Other conditions

This promotion is not a game of chance. Rewards are based solely on the participant's verified use of the Partly platform during the promotion window.
Partly reserves the right to disqualify any site or estimator from this promotion if fraudulent or artificial activity is detected — including but not limited to the deliberate splitting of a single piece of repair work into multiple jobs to artificially inflate job counts, or coordination between users to manipulate the top estimator leaderboard.
This promotion is governed by the laws of New Zealand, including the Fair Trading Act 1986. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or any other applicable New Zealand legislation.
This offer cannot be combined with other Partly promotions unless explicitly stated. For the avoidance of doubt, the 30-Job Blitz can be earned in parallel with the Partly Prezzy Card Incentive (May 2026) — a site that reaches the 5-job and 15-job milestones in May and goes on to complete 30 (or 100) jobs in May is eligible for rewards from both programs.
Partly's total liability under this promotion is limited to the value of the Prezzy e-card(s) the site or estimator is entitled to receive under these terms.
