What's the offer?

Partly is running a one-month incentive for NZ repairer sites. Two milestones, one program:

  • Milestone 1: Complete 5 jobs on the Partly platform during May 2026 → receive a $250 NZD Prezzy e-card.
  • Milestone 2: Complete 15 jobs on the Partly platform during May 2026 → receive an additional $250 NZD Prezzy e-card.

Both milestones can be earned by the same site. The maximum reward per site is $500 NZD in Prezzy e-cards.

Who's eligible?

  • Your repair site must be set up and live on the Partly platform.
  • Your site must have completed fewer than 5 jobs on Partly at the start of the promotion window (1 May 2026). Sites that have already completed 5 or more jobs are not eligible.
  • New repairer sites set up during the promotion window are also eligible from the date the site goes live on Partly.
  • All NZ-based repairer organisations are eligible.

What counts as a "job"?

A job is a distinct piece of repair work you're sourcing parts for through Partly. One job may involve multiple orders to one or more suppliers — the job is counted once regardless of how many orders it contains.

A job counts toward the milestones when:

  • you've placed at least one order for it through Partly; and
  • that order has been confirmed by the supplier; and
  • the order has not been cancelled.

Promotion window

  • Start: 1 May 2026, 12:00am NZST.
  • End: 31 May 2026, 11:59pm NZST.
  • Only jobs completed during the promotion window count toward the milestones. Prior job history does not carry over.

How does it work?

  1. Continue using the Partly platform as normal — create jobs, send offer requests, place orders for parts.
  2. Once your site reaches a milestone (5 jobs or 15 jobs), our team will be notified automatically.
  3. We'll send the corresponding Prezzy e-card to the email address(es) associated with your repairer site, along with a congratulations message.

One card per site

  • One $250 Prezzy e-card is awarded per repairer site upon reaching 5 jobs in May, and one $250 Prezzy e-card upon reaching 15 jobs in May — regardless of how many users are registered at that site.
  • If your site has multiple users, the Prezzy card email will be sent to all contacts associated with your site. The card itself is a single e-card per milestone.
  • Sites with multiple branches are treated separately — each branch qualifies independently.

Timing and delivery

  • Prezzy e-cards are typically sent within 5 business days of your site reaching the applicable milestone.
  • Partly will make reasonable efforts to meet this timeframe but is not liable for delays caused by third-party providers (including epay New Zealand Limited, the issuer of Prezzy cards).
  • Partly reserves the right to withdraw or modify this offer at any time by updating these terms on the Partly platform. If the offer is withdrawn, any site that has already reached a milestone will still receive the corresponding Prezzy card.

Prezzy card details

  • Prezzy e-cards are issued by epay New Zealand Limited (a subsidiary of Euronet Worldwide, Inc.) and are subject to epay's terms and conditions, available at prezzycard.co.nz.
  • Prezzy cards can be used anywhere Visa is accepted in New Zealand and online.
  • Under the Fair Trading Act 1986, all Prezzy cards sold on or after 16 March 2026 have a minimum expiry period of 3 years from the date of issue.
  • The Prezzy card is not redeemable for cash.
  • Partly is not responsible for any fees, charges, expiry conditions, or usage restrictions imposed by epay New Zealand Limited on Prezzy cards. Please refer to the Prezzy card terms for full details.

Other conditions

  • This promotion is not a game of chance. Rewards are based solely on the participant's verified use of the Partly platform during the promotion window.
  • Partly reserves the right to disqualify any site from this promotion if fraudulent or artificial activity is detected — including but not limited to the deliberate splitting of a single piece of repair work into multiple jobs to artificially inflate job counts.
  • This promotion is governed by the laws of New Zealand, including the Fair Trading Act 1986. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or any other applicable New Zealand legislation.
  • This offer cannot be combined with other Partly promotions unless explicitly stated. For the avoidance of doubt, this promotion may run concurrently with the Partly 30-Job Blitz (May 2026), which is a separate program with its own eligibility criteria and terms.
  • Partly's total liability under this promotion is limited to the value of the Prezzy e-card(s) the site is entitled to receive under these terms.
  • By participating, you agree to these terms and conditions.
  • Personal information collected through this promotion (including contact details used to deliver Prezzy e-cards) is handled in accordance with Partly's Privacy Policy.
