New Supplier features
Use the new Supplier features to automatically send offer requests, track supplier responses, and manage additional parts or orders
Automated Offer Requests
After clicking ‘Select suppliers’ on the job summary page, the system will automatically gather supplier options and send offer requests to:

Preferred suppliers
-
Suppliers we have high confidence in (based on supply history and reliability for your job type)
Any notes or images you provide on the job confirmation page will be included with these requests for context.
You can then view the suppliers we contacted in the new Suppliers section:
Suppliers Section
The Suppliers section gives you a clear view of all your offer requests and their statuses:

We’ll recommend how many more suppliers you might want to send requests to, ensuring you get the most competitive options.

Click ‘Manage suppliers’ to view all available options at any time, including supply type and operating region.

Use the checkboxes to select your desired suppliers, then click Send:
As suppliers begin to respond, their statuses will update in real-time so you can see progress at a glance:
For each supplier, you can also:

View a full log of activity by clicking the message icon:

Send additional notes to suppliers who haven’t yet responded:
Adding Additional Parts or Supplementary Orders
If you add more parts after your initial request:

Offer requests that haven’t yet been responded to will be automatically updated.
- If a supplier has already accepted the request, we’ll notify you so you can update them directly with the additional items:
NOTE: If Automatic Requests aren’t switched on for your business, don’t worry, you’ll still have access to all the updated features, but you’ll just choose which suppliers to send requests to and can add extra part requests whenever you need.
