Latest improvements we've made to the Repair app based on your valuable feedback
Following on from our last Repair App Updates shared on the 30th of July, we’re excited to share a few more enhancements being released in the Repair App this week, made possible thanks to your input and feedback.
Improved speed and reliability of the sidebar, including bulk sync.
This is a key step toward allowing you to start your parts estimates directly in Partly. Caters for differing repairer preferences to work via the sidebar (single job sync) vs. natively in Partly (bulk job sync).
In-app repairer chat to Partly helpdesk.
We know that you often don’t have the time to raise email helpdesk tickets, nor wait for a response. Our new live chat feature connects you directly with a Partly expert while you’re completing the job. You’ll get real-time support, including quick coaching and training tips to help you through common challenges. You can find the chat icon in the top right-hand corner of your screen. Simply type in your question, and you can expect a response within 5 minutes.
Part-level notes between the repairer and the supplier.
When you’re writing up a difficult job, you typically ask the supplier to help identify specific parts. The best way to do this with dismantlers is via the notes feature, which allows you to add notes/images for each line item.
Supplier performance feedback and choice.
To reduce the number of poor-quality parts received, we need to understand which parts are consistently low quality and which suppliers are providing them. This feature allows repairers to provide quantitative feedback on supplier performance. The data will be used to give you greater flexibility and control in choosing your ideal supplier.
Help choose the right medium-confidence suppliers to send an offer to.
We’ll make it easy for you to send structured, high-quality requests and automate responses when supply confidence is high.
From September, you’ll also have the ability to automatically send offer requests to high-confidence suppliers.
