Repair App Updates - January 2026

The latest improvements we've made to the Repair app based on your valuable feedback

The team has been hard at work making improvements to the repair app this month. This includes a large number of back-end performance improvements as well as a few quality-of-life UI changes. 

Supplier Details:

  • "Confirmed by" is the supplier employee that confirmed your order.
  • "Ordered by" is the name of the estimator that placed the order.
  • We are working on adding phone numbers and/or email address' here so you can easily contact your supplier if necessary.

 

Part search to Custom Part:

  • Sometimes when using the search feature the part you are looking for cannot be found. In cases like this, you can click "Add it Manually" to add the searched term to your parts basket.

 

 

We’re not done! Further improvements in the pipeline. 

We’re continuously refining the Repair App based on your feedback. From smoother estimating to smarter part sourcing, there’s more on the way, but as always, we’d love to hear your ideas at helpdesk@partly.com.
