Repair App Updates - Week of 23 July 2025
Improvements to speed and reliability
- Improved Speed and Consistency - Faster load times for diagrams and photos, making the Repair app more predictable and efficient every time you use it.
- Clearer Parts and Diagrams - Simpler, more accurate part naming and improved diagrams reduce errors and delays when finding and requesting the right parts.
- Better Order Management and Notifications - Fewer delays caused by rejected or cancelled parts, and more stable order splitting and editing, making your workflow more seamless.
- More Reliable Job Syncing - You can now click the sync button knowing it will reliably fetch the job you’ve opened every time. In the background, we’ll also work to pull in any other jobs you might need, making it quicker and smoother when you move between jobs.
- Clearer Messages When a Job Can’t Be Found - If a job is out of scope (for example, if it doesn’t match certain requirements), you’ll now get a helpful message explaining why.
- Faster Issue Resolution - If something doesn’t seem right, you’ll be able to send us a quick error snapshot, making it much faster for us to fix and get you back on track. See example below:
