Learn how supplier visibility works in Partly, what to do if a supplier shows as unmapped or missing, and how to request access to suppliers outside your available list.

Supplier Availability

Partly connects your supplier list to our database of onboarded parts suppliers. This mapping allows you to send quote requests, track orders, and manage supplier interactions within your repair platform.

Unmapped Suppliers

If you see an “Unmapped Supplier” error, this means the supplier isn’t yet linked to our database. Please contact the Partly team and include the supplier’s name so we can map it for you.

Supplier Visibility

The suppliers you see depend on your organisation’s configuration.
Some organisations restrict visibility to region-specific or preferred suppliers only.

If you can’t find a supplier you usually order from:

  • Your organisation may have filtered it out.
  • You may need to request access from an operations manager to order from suppliers outside your preferred list.
