Dismantle Ingest Tool

The Dismantle Ingest Tool (also referred to as the "Green Parts Ingest Tool" or the "Dismantle App") allows you to ingest your parts onto the Partly Platform in a way that links them to their exact OEM Part Numbers. This is the optimal way to enable inventory on a vehicle or in the warehouse to show to a repairer doing a job.

Introduction

Partly is powered by the world’s leading Universal EPC (Electronic Parts Catalogue), so you can display live pricing and availability to repairers and ensure correct fitment—whenever your parts are linked to OEM Part Numbers. In short: less back-and-forth, fewer returns, and a lot more time saved for you and your customers.

To make linking fast, we built the Partly Dismantler Ingest Tool, which helps connect your parts to the right OEM references. If you already use your own Part Numbers, we can import them directly via integration or file upload.

We’ll meet you where you are. Choose the level that fits your workflow:

• Yard Vehicle Ingestion: Bring your yard’s vehicles into Partly to establish your source inventory.
• Dismantle Migration: Move existing dismantle data into Partly and map it to our catalog.
• Dismantler Ingest Tool: Self-serve linking of your parts to OEM Part Numbers for accurate fitment and live pricing.

Note: If you have your own Part Numbers, we can import them directly using an integration or a file upload.

Yard Vehicle Ingest

Turn your yard vehicles into leads with Yard Vehicle Ingest. Just open the vehicle in the Dismantle Ingest Tool, switch the status to Yard, and save. We’ll capture the OEM part numbers and promote you for any job that needs those parts.

Dismantle Migration

Get your stock live on Partly—no OEM data required. With Dismantle Migration, provide part types, VINs, tag numbers, and an integration or file upload. We’ll map your highest-turnover parts to Partly part types and auto-ingest them. You’ll only handle the edge cases (smaller or ambiguous parts) in the Dismantle Ingest Tool.

An integration keeps your stock synced automatically so you can safely use the Dismantle Ingest Tool without accidentally offering unavailable items. It also enables live inventory with part numbers (or can get the part numbers for you with Dismantle Migration if you don’t have them), saving time for you and repairers while boosting your visibility.

Parts with Part Numbers

If you have the part numbers for your parts, then we can do one of the following options:

• FTP File Upload
  • This is where you drag and drop a file containing all of your parts and their details into a folder so that we can import them into the Partly PIM.
• Integration
  • If we have integrated with your external system, we can pull in the parts with part numbers to be imported into the Partly PIM.
