How to get support at Partly

For all general enquiries, issues and feedback, you can contact us in two ways so that our entire team can see and help you you as soon as possible. 

1. Emailing us at helpdesk@partly.com

2. Talking to us through the Live chat in the PIM

   1. First click on your icon, in the bottom left-hand corner of your screen. 
   2. This will bring up a menu. Next, select 'contact support'. 
   3. Now you can start a chat and one our team members can answer back!
