How to get support at Partly

For all general enquiries, issues and feedback, you can contact us in two ways so that our entire team can see and help you you as soon as possible. 

1. Emailing us at helpdesk@partly.com

2. Talking to us through the Live chat in the PIM

   1. First click on the chat icon, in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen. 
   2. Next, select the speech bubble icon in the top right-right corner of the pop up to start a new chat. 
   3. Now you can start a chat and one of our team members can answer back!
