- New tabs on the request page, "New" and "All requests" were released in September. Now, all requests that require action from you can be found under "New", so you can easily see incoming requests or requests that have had additions made to them.

- We also added new tabs on the orders page. "New", "Upcoming", "Cancelled" and "All".“Upcoming” displays orders with delivery dates from 3 days ago through 7 days ahead, so you can check what should have been sent and what is up next for delivery.

- A new input box in requests has been added to allow you to enter your internal reference numbers for seamless system matching. This reference number will be transferred to the resulting orders.

- Setting Defaults in Requests
- We added the ability to set default values for Grade, Lead Time, Returns Policy, and Stock Location to save time on every request. Whenever you open a request, those fields will automatically populate with your chosen defaults.

Now, instead of picking a specific date, simply type or select the number of days or weeks you need. Even faster? Enter the number plus “d” for days or “w” for weeks, and the lead time will auto-populate. For example...
3d = 3 days
2d = 3 days
5d = 5 days
4w = 4 weeks
12w = 12 weeks
You can do this for any number of days or weeks! It is not restricted to the drop-down list.
